Elopements in Texas, you can do so many different scenery’s depending on what matters most to you as a couple. If you’re wanting to runaway to the mountains or go to the courthouse in your city, there is something for you, but I want to share 3 of my top elopement spots in Texas for all the couples looking to find their special place.
Big Bend National Park. This is out in West Texas & has unbelievable views! We will be going into the best time of year to go out to Big Bend National Park, so if you are thinking of eloping this upcoming season do consider going to Big Bend! Terlingua, Texas is the town outside of Big Bend & is a ghost town! You can find some awesome Airbnb’s & Vacation Rentals to stay in that are super unique & untraditional. The Summit has some of the best views & luxury glamping!
Palo Duro Canyon State Park. This is in Canyon, Texas in the panhandle of Texas. If you’re looking to have Sedona, Arizona vibes then consider Palo Duro! All the colors at Palo Duro Canyon & the nature that surrounds the area is astonishing! There are amazing trails, glamping, horseback riding, and so much more to do here.
Texas Hill Country. Outside of Austin & San Antonio, Texas lies Texas Hill Country & the views make you feel like you’re truly not in Texas anymore. Fredricksburg, Texas has over 50 wineries & vineyards if you’re into wine! Plus, they have the cutest Airbnb’s & all shopping in the town. Enchanted Rock is just in the backyard of Fredricksburg & is perfect for my hiking couples to elope! Pedernales Falls State Park is in Johnson City, Texas & has beautiful limestone with water running through & is a short hike with beautiful scenery surrounding & is the perfect place to exchange your vows!
